This five-day intacs^® -certified SPICE for IT Services Provisional Assessor training (with an optional exam on the fifth day) provides participants with detailed insights into the structure and subject matter of the SPICE for IT Services model and assessments. 目标人群

IT service management professionals interested in understanding and improving the digital service management processes used at their companies according to SPICE for IT Services

要求

To achieve certification as an intacs^®-certified Provisional Assessor (SPICE for IT-Services), participants must:

Pass the exam
Have at least two years of relevant full-time professional experience in either in IT Service Management or in R&D projects for software-based automotive electronics systems or in quality assurance processes in this area
Have at least basic knowledge of or experience in IT service management, such as ITIL V4 foundation or ISO 20000-1 foundation (recommended)

考试

This training leads to the intacs^®-certified SPICE for IT Services Provisional Assessor exam. The exam is performed by the ECQA; we charge an exam fee on behalf of ECQA.
